TRAINING
We offer different levels of training to our customers and partners:
This training includes overview of delivered solution, functions and features, step-by-step operator procedures, maintenance and quality procedures, application master data management, operations management and data analysis, exception management. The attendees will be capable to knowledgably use the system.
LEVEL 2 – ADMINISTRATIVE TRAINING.
This training includes insight in solution architecture and infrastructure, application maintenance procedures, guidelines to pro-active monitoring and troubleshooting, user management. The attendees will be capable to administrate the system and provide 1st level support.
LEVEL 3 – BASIC AGW SYSTEM TRAINING.
This training includes insight in AGW systems and their architecture, configuration of AGW web portal, basics of AGW IP configuration, insight to AGW data model and design of custom reports, advanced guidelines for troubleshooting. The attendees will be capable to administrate systems, provide 1st and 2nd level support and make small changes.
LEVEL 4 – ADVANCED AGW SYSTEM TRAINING.
This training includes in-depth study of principles, technologies and architecture of AGW solutions, configuration of AGW IP platform, mapping of business processes to AGW IP workflows, development of AGW IP workflows, HMI and label design, scripting and SQL stored procedures, optimization of performance and load balancing. The attendees will be capable to design, develop, implement and support AGW products.
LEVEL 5 – ADVANCED CUSTOM TRAINING ON CERTAIN AGW TECHNOLOGIES.
This is a custom training that is purposed to improve expertise in very specific technologies integrated in AGW. For example, optimization of SQL queries with AGW data model, or development of custom interface with specific equipment. The attendees will deepen their expertise in certain technologies utilized in AGW products.
